I will be celebrating what all those uncomfortable men and women in the military did to ensure our freedom, so easily taken for granted - this Wednesday at Chamisal’s Pool in the afternoon enjoying the music of The Groovehounds! I LOVE THIS BAND. They are pro musicians and the Margarita Bar by the pool is open for business. Later at 4pm, my man, Greg is performing with a funk band at the new Seaside Fireworks at the Black Horse Bayonet Golf Course. I’m very excited to see him in action, he loves playing funk - and I love hearing it and seeing him in action. Looking forward to enjoying the fireworks.

THIS THURSDAY at 7pm AT BAKAI WINE & TAPAS - A POP UP CONCERT FEATURING JAZZ/BLUES PIANIST ROBERT TURNER! He’s also playing with the funk band at the 4th of July show and while he’s in town, you’ll be able to see him up close and personal. Seating is limited so get there early. You’ll be glad you did.

Friday we’ll be at Chamisal 6-8 and Saturday evening my band Fields of Eden will be at The Beachhouse at 5:30 - free show outside, come watch us and the sun set in PG!

Happy to say that the Carmel Valley Community Pool is starting H₂0 aerobics at 11AM every Tuesday so come and join us, $10 a class!

The pool at Chamisal is a nice 82 degrees, super comfortable to work out in. It’s fun and you will feel the results immediately. Come and work out with me in the water:

I teach 9:30-10:30 AM every Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays at Chamisal Pool

Hope you can try it out. Feel the power of the water and work against the currents you create - it’s an awesome workout because your body stays cool while you work hard.
